AAX for Pro Tools  ·  object-based effect sequencer  ·  stereo → 7.1.4

Design every echo.
Render nothing.

MOES puts your delays, throws and effect tails on a timeline. Drop up to 26 Objects in musical or absolute time, give each one its own rack of modules, and shape every single tap in real time — in the session, in sync, in surround. No AudioSuite. No bounced clips. No committing early.

OBJECT A · 00 MS · THE IDEA

Delay isn’t a knob.
It’s a timeline.

Every echo in MOES is an Object — a self-contained tap with its own position in time, its own level and feedback, its own place in the room, and its own five-slot insert rack. Route Objects into each other, send them to Aux racks, and build delay networks that behave exactly the way you hear them in your head. You’re not dialling in a delay; you’re sequencing one.

THE OLD WAY

Duplicate the clip. Open AudioSuite. Render. Audition. Not quite. Undo. Tweak. Render again. Now the client moves the cue by a beat — and every printed echo is wrong frozen. Repeat until the deadline decides for you.

THE MOES WAY

Drop an Object where the echo belongs. Load its rack. Drag it until it’s right — it plays live, it stays synced, and it recalls with the mix. When the picture changes, your effect moves with it. Nothing was ever printed.

01Place

Double-click the canvas and an Object lands on the grid — straight, triplet or free time, snapped to the beat or nudged off-grid to the millisecond. Height is pan. X is time. It’s already playing.

02Stack

Five insert slots per Object, nineteen modules to fill them — compressor to bitcrusher, pitch to plate. Chain them per tap, bypass with a click, save racks as presets and drop them on the next Object.

03Shape

Pan every tap anywhere in the room — stereo out to 7.1.4, with height, depth and width on one pad. Feedback routes tap-to-tap. LFO patterns move in tempo. Solo an echo the way you’d solo a track.

OBJECT B · 170 MS · THE RACKS

Nineteen modules.
Any five, per tap.

This is the part that makes results bespoke. The eighth echo can be darker, pitched down and crushed; the first can be bright, tight and dry — each Object carries its own processing, so the effect is designed, not repeated. Aux Objects add two modules you won’t find on taps: a multichannel reverb and an up-mixer, built for returns.

Bespoke is the point.

Every module opens in the same circular rack: five sockets around your Object’s letter, a preset ring for whole racks, and a display that shows what the module is actually doing — gain reduction, transfer curve, spectrum, goniometer. Presets are starting points, not the sound. The sound is yours.

MADE FOR THE ROOM YOU MIX IN

Echoes with an address.

MOES follows your track width from stereo to 7.1.4. Objects pan on a pad with height and width, throws can climb into the tops, and the Aux up-mixer opens stereo tails into the full room. Immersive isn’t a mode — it’s just where your Objects happen to live.

IN THE SESSION, NOT ON THE CLIP

It recalls with the mix.

Everything lives in the plug-in, so everything recalls — every Object, every rack, every LFO step. Re-conform the picture, ride your automation, open the session next year: the effect is still liquid. AudioSuite prints are where revisions go to hurt; MOES keeps every decision reversible until you print stems.

OBJECT D · 900 MS · EARLY EARS

Built with working engineers.

MOES comes from twenty-five years at the desk, and it’s being shaped in real sessions by the beta programme. Their words will live here.
